CottonMap Update

Cotton Map has 600,000 ha of cotton mapped on 5,000 fields this season. Additional features have been added this season so that 'smart' mobile devices can use their geo-spatial functionality. If spraying weeds check your closest cotton field location, follow the label directions and avoiding weather inversion conditions, while for cotton growers, ensure fields are on CottonMap.

Cotton Map has been updated for the 2011 season and last season’s fields will be in your “myFields” account so simply delete any fields not back in cotton and add any new fields and then submit. A reminder that your email address is your username and you can have your password re-emailed to you by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. First time growers will be prompted to register when they submit mapped fields for the first time. Good planting!

Last season’s fields will be in your “myFields” account so simply delete any fields not back in cotton and add any new fields and then submit. You will be notified when they are accepted into the map. Good planting!

Cotton Map has been updated for the 2011 season. We have added a mobile version of the website. This is designed to allow easy viewing of the map when you are out in the field. As well as this we have streamlined the field submission process, with enhanced feedback, so that you are kept in the loop about your submitted fields. You will be notified when they are accepted into the map. Good planting!
